It's in a part of Youngstown I wouldn't leave an empty pack of matches in. I'll bet it's a party to take pictures of your bike before putting them up on ebay for scams. The English is terrible and incoherent. A buddy of mine is in Niles, just 10 minutes away from there, and we stay away from that area. Remember, Warren is next to Youngstown as well.
