I have gsxr 1000 forks and using a stock Hayabusa lower triple clamp thats 1mm larger. Anybody have a good trick way or the proper way its done.

Check ebay to get the right parts or pieces for that, plenty sets of triples for like $30 or less. Not the place for taking shortcuts considering loads & demands we place on our forks under hard braking or slammin' down from a wheelie just as a couple examples.

unless you have a buddy with a lathe, but i donno about that.

Are the tube center-to-center dimensions IDENTICAL to the Busa fork? If so, you could sleeve it with some shim stock. check Grainger or McMaster-Carr for material.
