I was cheap, so all I got was a lousy t-shirt

I hope this isnt a repost but what kind of tires are people running. I'm thinking of Michelin Pilot Power 2CT Dual Compound or the Dunlop Sportmax Q2. any opinions welcomed.

Do a search and you'll find a ton of opinions and some articles related to tires. Both tires mentioned are good. I've been running Avons AV55 / 54. Little cheaper same performance, or at least close enough that few here would know the difference.

Lota lota threads on tires. Like talking about oil.

Just another excuse to post pics up of my bike.

I liked the PP2CT's a lot, but not nearly as much as the Pures that went on after them. Q2's seem to be the hot thing right now, and there's probably a good reason for it. Some people are very anti-Michelin, and I understand why, but they work well for me.

Here are my tires. They get amazing traction.

Ok, that's not me, and yes some may have seen this hoopty busa.

The popularity of the hayabusa is a two edged sword.

Dunlop Q2s all the way. I've run them on the street and the track, an amazing amount of performance for the investment.

I think you are just getting antsy for spring track time!

See you in Spokane sooner than later! :beerchug:
