I had been keeping my eyes open for a M-109. My g/f has been driving my old Magna and has done well on her skills. She has essentially taken that bike to the limits of what it can do. She also loves the 109 and it was the next logical step. So last week I brought this home

<img src=https://www.hayabusa.org/gallery/displayimage.php?imageid=149355> (Getting way frustrated I can't ever figure out why I can't post a pic).

OK so no it isn't Hayabusa fast, but for a V-Twin she is pretty darn respectable and gets LOADS of looks when she is out and about. I am not giving up my Busa, but I must admit, this is a sweet ride.

So far my g/f has put about 40 miles on her is grinning like an idiot every time she gets on and off of it.

My thanks to Woody109 for helping me make a decision as to what to buy and look for.

I have been trying to fnd out how to financially get a second bike and thats the one,

I am loving the 2010 ALL black LE, but wish the orange stripe was a satin black one,

Awesome addition to the stable man!!!

GreenBean,

Wait a year or so. You will not need as much finances and someone else will have that same bike you see now for a LOT less.

I had been looking awhile....was really hoping for a Pearl White, but they don't come up much. Found another just like this one about 2 months ago. Made him an offer. He rejected it. OK man suit yourself, but here is cash waiting.

Found this one, bought it and drove it by the one for sale just to let him know I would have got that one if he woulda. Now it sits still for sale.

Don't despair. There is always a deal down the road when the time is right.

I love the M109. Except the sound with pipes on it. It sounds like it has a dead miss on one cylinder.

They put some kinda valving system on the stock exhaust. Called a set valve. Not sure what all it does but as I understand it, Suzuki is using some way to modulate the sound. I looked at one other before this, exact same bike, with an aftermarket pipe. It sounds like an old radial airplane engine thumping along. Personally I like the "rumpity" it makes with the OEM sound, but again I like quiet I guess.

I have already taken down a V-Rod Harley with open pipes. All you could hear was him trying to catch up.........lol.

Next light he rolls up and ask what kind of of HP it makes. About 130 I answered (which is true). He is like man I added these pipes to get it up to 120...and I responded "Looks like it won't be enough" and I idled off.

Harleys freaking HATE this bike.........LOL

Sweet bike! I wanted one a couple years back but it didn't fit me right. I hear they eat through rear tires but hey you got to love that big 240 in the back.

Looks like you can put the hump back on the busa :poke: btw the new ride looks Great
