Took the longer way home to get gas

Hit a sharp object in rd, I knew it was gonna be flat

Turn into gas station, ft tire was flat

Filled up w/ gas , rode home 5 mi, 20-25 mph
Runnin my hazards

Need new ft tire

Do you carry a plug kit or was hole/puncture in tire to large to do so ?

Rims fine, it did nick it a lil, I found the cut in the tire and the adjacent nick

Cut was too big

I keep one of those little plug kits from Wally World in my tail bag. That little thing is a life saver.

Glad to hear you didn't do more damage than just the front tire.

glad it wasnt worse and good thing you werent too far from home. i hit an object 200 miles away from home in the boonies, thank God no flat or bent rim..few nicks was about it.

i think what he is saying the plug kit wouldnt have helped the gash was too big for it...but on the other hand riding that thing with a flat is bad news dude glad your ok....
