Haw Haw, good one.
Only problem with the whole scenario is that the average parking garage ceiling is only 9 or 10 feet high and for the tire to be THAT big, the ceiling would have had to be 30 feet high and the truck 25 feet high or something like that..!! There goes another perfectly good Busa model..!!
