What is this knob with symbol shaped IoI with arrow facing downward and knob on it. Sorry for lack of knowledge, its my first bike.

That is your fast idle my friend.

Edit, not to be confused with a "choke", she is fuel injected so not choked.

Yes fast idle, I am not really sure whats it's for never needed it to start my bike or warm it up either. The bike doesn't warm up any faster with it.

Mine doesnt either, but I have been too lazy to lift the tank and adjust it. She sleeps inside and with the weather being as warm as it is, no need for extended fast idles before I ride.
