Handlebar vibration

On my 05 I noticed after getting my wheels powdercoated the bars are vibrating quite a bit.

The counterweights are still on there so I assume its still balanced...

Maybe the wheel bearings are shot?

When you say the weights are still on there what does that mean ?
To PC them they would have had to take them off .
So if they took them off and just stuck em back on :
A: how could they have known exactly where they were originally ?
B: the amount of PC that went on each wheel (usually 2-3mm thick) would change the balance of each wheel .

So most likely all you need to do is have your wheels properly balanced now that they are done . My penny is bet on that being the problem .
