Pashnit. I shot him an email Sat. inquiring about purchasing two batteries and having them delivered by Wednesday of the following week. Sunday, payment was made, with two email verifing my purchases and conformation of the bikes they were to be put in. Tracking email sent and by this morning, "wala", the batteries arrived at my front door. Great customer service and communication !
