I did 500 miles this morning (pics)

It's nice that I finally got a chance to do 500 miles on a Sunday morning. Man, that felt good.

Took this exit to get gas

Took this one at the gas station just to show you guys the chain after 500 miles.

Forgot to mention, it was 54* when I left at 4:12 that's why I had my heated jacket liner on but not the gloves.

Sure was. I have a feeling that 1000 miles within 24 hours is not that hard to do. If I can do 500 miles before noon with lots of stops to take pics, what's another 500 miles from noon to midnight?

You're one of my heroes also! I got some riding in this weekend but no where near what you got. Maybe next weekend though.

I REALLY need to get up with you, and ride !! That's when I like to ride, NO TRAFFIC !!

Although 500 miles would probably hurt my feelings

And seeing my chain would probably hurt yours, LoL


I'm getting ready to go have at it with mine, just got home from a ride (a whole 90 miles) How do you clean yours ? I usually just spray mine with chain wax, wipe it down good, then spray on some more & let it sit over night, but it don't look as good as yours.
