A Silverstar H7 BULB is $20. I'd have some serious quality questions about a kit with HID bulb, ballast, wiring, etc.. costing $17.50 OR $25.

I had a HID kit on my last bike and I wasn't happy with the delay when switching to high beam. I don't ride much at night anymore and don't want to risk the chance of needing light and not having it.

i cant even tell when the high beam is on with the hid low (ive just got the low) and i dont see that i need a high. i'd be more afraid of hurting oncoming traffic if i had the high

Why doubt what others here including myself are running with zero probs ?
Believe me when I tell you the DDM kits are quality items.

The HIDs were over priced to begin with, now that numerous co. make them their prices are were they should've been.

i tried silverstars from walmart...burnt out in a week...2 of them...gave up went back to stock

Just make sure it's not an analog ballast... They're cheaper... But they're crap... Make sure the ballasts are digital...

Been using the same Silverstar for over a year now.
