Help in Orlando to check out a bike please

Found a bike I want in Orlando and have made a tentative deal on it pending an inspection.

08 Busa with mods. Would like someone with knowledge to check it out for me.

Do you know of a shop at the corner of Central Florida Parkway and Orange Blossom Trail ? That is were the bike was built. She is selling it for an ex and is not sure of the name of the place.
