Default 240 kit offset Something wrong here?

Pic I found. Is the offset way off or is the camera angle playing tricks on me?

Yours looks fine. I can see the offset but it doesn't near as severe as the first pic.

It's designed that way to help to rail through left hand corners on track days.

midnightbusainsd (or something like that) has a 240 that's centered. something about some grinding on the frame.

Hence the creation of Jackshafts for bikes. Normally not on 240's but you can see why they came to be...

We only have one shop make our jackshaft 240 kits and they don't make no junk or use cheap parts, when others have failures ours are still rolling.I don't like the off center look, makes you think bike was wrecked or something..

I would take a 1/4" off set 240 over a center 240 jackshaft! The jackshafts take power away. The first pic looks like more than 1" off to the right? This pic is the worst center 240 I have ever seen in person.

I hear ya,it all depends on who builds it,and what drive they use and what bearings they use also....

My buddy has a 240 kit, no jack shaft and his is dead nuts centered. His frame is notched and you'd be lucky to get 2 sheets of paper between the chain and tire. Looks soooo goood.
