Hayabusa wet weight

Does anyone here know the wet weight of the busa or zx14? I'm designing a new stand and I could use these numbers to estimate deflection and thus, pick my steel sizes appropriately. Thanks!

Split the difference = 556

2008 Hayabusa wet weight = 580
2008 ZX14 wet weight = 563

I got my reading from Wheelers down at the dragon. There was a couple other busa's there that wiegh from -10 to +5 on those numbers. my numbers are a good average

Busa is about 556 lbs wet

After dries out mine is at solid 549 lbs.
Never weigh your bike after washing or riding in the rain. Wait to dry out.

That is so true! I guess I'm bragging but I've got my Gen I down to 488lbs. (with 1/2 tank fuel)When I ride a stock one I really can feel the difference.

According to the Suzuki website, the 08 and 09 busa's are 100lbs hevier than the 07 busa!

I believe the reason for such a huge difference is that Suzuki started listing the Curb Weight (ready to run) instead of Dry Weight (no liquids in the bike)

What a tub o`lard! No wonder they needed the extra horsepower.
