Garmin zumo

I was wondering if anyone had one of these for their rides and was wondering if you can Preplan a Route (and Save) on this GPS and it would follow it and tell you turns, etc. while you're moving....
Or is it only for getting you from point A to point B at the shortest route like the auto GPS systems?

You can put in coordinates for rides.

You can pre-plan, similar to what you can do on google maps, and then it will guide you through your planned route.

I ordered the 660 and can't wait for it to get here!

Yep sure does just imported some maps today from another oRg Brother while down at CROT....

I can't imagine getting more pleasure from a mod on the street than a Zumo 550! xm radio with news/weather/traffic and ANY music, Bluetooth to cell, British lady telling you where to go, interface with detector, and really accurate dashboard!

If you don't need the XM radio or Bluetooth you should look for a deal on the Zumo 450. It was discontinued at the first of the year so there should be some deals to be found. Costco was selling them before Christmas for $339.99.
