Here's my plan. Remove reservoir and empty. Remove radiator hose and drain. Then fill radiator with distilled water. Now do i need to 'swing' it back and forth to get air out?

then start bike, allow it 2 warm. then allow it 2 'cool to the touch'. then repeat this process.

and then fill with engine ice. swing 2 burp it and once its burped and filled i am go to go. I have an understanding of what to do for the most part and i have done my search and read my clymer. I have never done this b4 so I would really like your advice
thanks

I have never run engine ice...but yeah, sounds about right.

I did find out though if you want to get the coolant out in a hurry, just make the water pump hose connection nice and loose, then let it get up to temp...watch the hose blow off and coolant pour out.

I dont think there is a need to swing it during flushing...that is typically to remove air.

but yea...you pretty much have it.

...I also used distilled white vinegar with my distilled water to flush it mixed 50/50 then flushed wit honly distilled water. I was going from engine ice to water wetter.
