Pivot a busa around its kickstand?

Has anyone been able to pivot a busa around on its kickstand?


I gave it a try and did not have much success. Can I practice with your busa? That thread about moving a busa through gravel got me thinking about how much of a pain it is for me to make a 180 in my limited carport space. I imagine I looked like Austin Powers trying to change directions in that tight corridor.

It was real easy to do when I had my 954, it's a little tough with the 'busa but it can be done.

Wouldn't want to risk my bike on a stock sidestand. Just doesn't look strong enough for such a heavy bike.

I have seen the busa fold a stock kick stand I wouldn't try it

I for sure would not try it going clockwise. Might work going CCW...don't know. I find it easier to just roll mine backwards.

It's quite easy with the stock centerstand (provided you are on nice smooth pavement)

Mine is too costly and too heavy to try that.
All it takes is one slip or miscalculation and your back could be gone....for good.

its easy i do it whenever necessary and on a stock stand. no problem
