I'm thinking I need to get mine in someplace and get it tuned as well. I've had the chance to put a few miles on it now with the new exhaust. I can feel the power increase in the seat and it does fine under hard acceleration but to just take it easy on it, it doesn't seem to run as smooth as it did before the exhaust. To me it seems to be running too lean in the 4-5k RPM range.
