New member needs help

Travis PM'd me with this question. He couldn't figure out how to start a thread yet. We'll work on that in a minute. But for now here is his problem.




"I have a 99 busa I having problems keeping my bike charge my battery is new my stator is new and my rectflier is too. the bike is charging but when i ride it it drain the battery all the way down"

Look in the manual, they give you step by step on checking the electrical. If the battery, rectifier, and stator are good then there's a drain somewhere and he'll have to track it down.

he says his battery is new in his pm to me. he's never even posted yet.

So what's the voltmeter readout with the bike running?
