Off bike mod

Well the wife asked me why I had Yellow bike stands with a Maroon Bike, She said they kind of stuck out like a sore thumb.

Soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo You know I had to Mod them.

sounds like she is messing with you--next thing she'll tell you it needs to be on a special mat in the garage too!
She probably told you that so she could watch all her DVR'd shows by herself while you were painting your stands
