I think it's Millstone. If you do plan on getting your bike tunned there make sure they set it up with Tommy. He's a real good guy and will do a good tunning job for you. I've used they're dyno a few times and do recommend them to others.

There are lots of dyno shops in NJ/NY so it really depends on what you want out of the season, what your budget is, and how far you wanna travel.
Ocen county power sports also has a very good dyno. You can ask them to have Tommy tune your bike there as well. Toms River, New Jersey, Honda, Suzuki, ATV, Motorcycle, Scooter, Dealer, Used, Parts, Accessories, Apparel
Since you're probably really looking for one in NY I can suggest Orient Express. Talk to Skip.
