I know what goes into manufacturing air filters and I have a very hard time with the price that the aftermarket filters for this bike are bringing. The secret to increasing air flow is no secret... reduce restriction. You CANNOT increase air flow without reducing filtration, adding pleats (surface area) or increasing the filter size and all I see the performance filter mfg's doing is decreasing filtration. $80.00-$140.00 for something that is going to increase engine wear and decrease my bikes life span.
