Hi i am rather large chap

so want to beef up the suspension on my 08 busa

I carry a pillion also(she a featherweight)

What opinions are out there, i see ohlins, penske don't list anything on sites yet

I am wanting rear shock and upgrade the front springs.

Any ideas/thoughts?

Thanks

Racetech is also used a lot by boardmembers.

I think, you'll have to check, that the front and rear suspension are exactly the same as the Gen I Busas. If that's true, any 99-07 part numbers will work.

Obviously the bottom caliper mount is different on the front, but that has nothing to do with the springs and valving...

Hyperpro is also a good spring. You can contact them for setup info for your needs. GP Suspensions in Oregon is also great. They have many very happy customers around the US.

I used brocks performance for mine and got front springs and valves and a full rear shock all by ohlins. They have you fill out some paperwork on your weight, riding habits, passneger etc etc. Then tailor the setup for you.
