What are you guys making on the dyno with your 08?

So I am getting my bike ready for the Texas Mile and decided to let Johnny Cheese have the bike for a couple of days so he could work his magic. With a power commander and just tips at the cats for exhaust, the bike mustered 178hp and I believe 106ft-lbs. That was after Johnny tuned it from a poorly 173HP and 103ft-lbs.

Curious what you folks are showing for your 08's. I am wondering if my bike is falling in line.

My friends 08 busa dynoed 175 completly stock and 183 with the brocks alien head and a power commander, it gained 7-8 hp and 7 lb of torque. Though it would dyno more, have to call greg and see what he has to say..
 
My stock 08 made 170.xxx and then we put a PC on it and with a little tuning got 172hp on the stock exhaust and pump gas.
 
you're running the stock header pipe section so it looks like your bike is right in the ballpark.

JC will have it running as right as it can be made to run.

He'll have mine in there in about 3 weeks.
 
All the numbers will vary , SAE & Standard. The tuning is only as good as the tuner doing it.
