i hate the way the original rear sprocket soon looks old and dull so ive just fitted a tri-metal one which looks a lot better and hopefully will last longer.

Who makes the TRI-METAL ?

How Much $$

Is it steel or aluminum ?

the centre is aluminium and the outer is steel so best of both worlds

That is sweet! I just installed a black hardend Vortex, 2 up in the rear on mine. Love the looks and the performance.

does it fit into the standard K8 rim with no issues? Easy install I take it? I just stretch my bike and want to swap the sprocket for quicker take off now that I don't have to worry about the front end coming up.

Did they specify your 2008 when you ordered...?

Just wondering because there site doesn't show a difference for the 2008 bike and it's not the same sprocket as the 99-07 bikes. Â*It also lists the 17/40 as OEM sizez which is incorrect for the 08...

I figured the B-KING would have the correct info but they have it listed wrong also...




Sprockets look great though and I look forward to seeing the improved results with them.... Â*

the one i ordered was a 43 tooth off the latest gsx-r 1000 and its a straight fit

i just order mine today from www.sprocketcenter.com 89 shiped to my door were do u get the gold nuts for sprocket and what size?

the nuts are M10 and got them from here they are a UK company but theres some US distributors on there Â*
