How Much Does an 08 Take with Filter Change?

Some conflicting info I have read, is it 3.5 quarts with a filter change or 3.8? thanks

Mine took about 3.8 and it's a little over the fill line.

The manual states that the 'Busa requires 3.3 US quarts without a filter change or 3.5 US quarts with a filter change.

Let me pose this question: which oil is best?
