GEN 2 Hayabusa tacho signal type help

I am having an aftermarket tacho guage modified for a 2013 GEN2 busa install. The manufacturer of the tacho guage has asked me to supply details on the hayabusa ECU tacho signal generated.

I am using the stock GEN 2 Hayabusa ECU. Intend to use tacho out pin 38 to feed the guage.

Is the signal 1 pulse per revolution 12 volt square wave?
