Good brake upgrade

I know its been discussed before but...

I went to France for 9 days in the alps... came back with no brake feel at all so time for some £££ spending getting them right.

I have now had fitted

Goodrich braided hoses
EBC HH pads front and rear
New brake fluid

What a difference!! First time i grabbed the brake hard had the rear skidding along and me moving up the tank (must grip with knees now!)... best money ive spent so far, FAR better than the brakes were when new even. Much more aggressive when you pull hard on them.. more bite when you just pull gently.

If you've not done it already.. do so, i was surpised by the difference.. my mate had a go and agrees it stops like his ZX-6R now!!

Same result for me...while changing only the 2 rotors with a pair of PFM saw-shaped rotors...no new pads, no new braided hoses...

Good on you! Definitely the first mod you should do is toss those chintzy rubber brake lines.

Nah just went down road from the dealers, got up to 70 ish in a 30 limit and yanked em on from cold... the old lady on the crossing who i almost hit was impressively quick diving out the way, and the kids i hit asked me to pull a wheelie for them after i picked them up out of the gutter LOL
