RCC ELECTRIC WATER PUMP FOR HAYABUSA

This electric water pump flows 5 gallons per minute and draws less than 1 amp.

The billet housing bolts right into the stock location, using your stock hoses and no modifications. It greatly reduces your engine temps in stop and go traffic, as the water circulates at the same rate all the time. Using a switched radiator fan, you can run this pump and the fan with the bike not running to cool it down on a hot day, or after a pass. There is enough clearance for billet sprocket covers, slave supports, or cable conversions.

Another plus is the fact that your engine no longer has to push a water pump, freeing up more horsepower!

Great for motor bikes, nitrous bikes, and especially for turbo bikes!

POWERHOUSE PRICE: $499.95

Guys started a new project for a customer Pro-Street Turbo ZX-14 by HPC, cool thing is I get to run the bike anywhere for three races before he wants his bike. So thats cool with me and it keeps the normal 40-50K down for him in the 30's. I have learned a ton from this board in regards to turbo charging by installing turbo kits and of course finally building my own. So if you ask why a ZX-14 on a Busa board.....well I am pretty sure a busa turbo guy will see something that could work on his bike. I am trying all new to the "14" stuff and methanol injection, we were the first water/air intercooled ZX-14...be back with pictures...just getting started and parts are still rolling in...if you hate 14's please read Busa threads...

I am def getting a turbo put on my 2010.Maybe not for a year or so but it will be added on.I'm looking at getting around 300hp.My busa will only see the dragstrip a few times a year so having a reliable bike that doesn't require alot of upkeep and maintaince is very important.

I'm just wondering what I should expect when adding the turbo. As far as upgrades to the engine, cooling system etc. Also how much extra time and money am I looking at to keep the bike properly tuned and running right.

Last will this make my busa more unreilable.I have talked to Richard from RCCturbos and will be having everything installed by him but I just wanted to get some opinions on this.

Also if anyone has any recomendations on other upgrades that I should add to the installation of a turbo.

Thanks

Finally decided to get my 2002 Hayabusa Appraised this week. I had been putting if off for several months. Not knowing what to expect, I went into it knowing very little. I have just over 11K into mods on the bike & I paid $6,500 for it 5 years ago! The appraiser put a value of $25,000 on the bike. I was freaking shocked!::25
What do you guys think? I could build a hell of a new bike for $25,000!
I had it appraised to help secure financing & update my insurance in case the worst happens. :please:

STAINLESS STEEL THROTTLE BLADES FOR HAYABUSA

It is no secret that good replacement throttle blades
are very hard to find for the Hayabusa. There are
several "big name" "race" distributors selling
absolute crap - ill-fitting, sloppily machined
throttle plates that cannot be synchronized and make
your bike idle at 2,000 rpm.

Our throttle blades are NOT "made in the USA", and in this case, thats good!
