Why Obama's plans will not work.

This is a good analogy

An economics teacher made a statement that he had never failed
a single student before, but had once failed an entire class.
--------------------------------------------
That class had insisted that President Obama's socialism worked and
that no one would be poor and no one would be rich, a great
equalizer.

The teacher then said, "OK, we will have an experiment in this
class    on Obama's plan".

All grades would be averaged and everyone would receive the same
grade so no one would fail and no one would receive an A.

After the first test, the grades were averaged and everyone got a
B. The students who studied hard were upset and the students who
studied little were happy.

As the second test rolled around, the students who studied little
had studied even less and the ones who studied hard decided they
wanted a free ride too so they studied little.

The second test average was a D! No one was happy.

When the 3rd test rolled around, the average was an F.

The scores never increased as bickering, blame and name-calling all
resulted in hard feelings and no one would study for the benefit of
anyone else.

All failed, to their great surprise, and the teacher told them that
socialism would also ultimately fail because when the reward is
great, the effort to succeed is great, but when government takes all
the reward away, no one will try or want to succeed.

Could not be any simpler than that.

So, I needed some more lemon pledge, I'm at the grocery store and it has a coupon attached for a free can of Pledge Multisurface with purchase of any of the furniture polish.

Just installed HID's and I was out checking the adjustments on the highway tonight, came back.. re-aimed them like 300 times. Bike is covered in bugs.

Bust out the Multisurface for the first time. I swear, it's like magic!!!

1) Swap in a intake cam to the exhaust side
2) Tighten the quench to "very tight"

I am guessing about 9-11hp.

It has the 4.0 software, and the SHSH is backed up with cydia (if you accidentally upgrade & lose the jailbreak, you'll need this to downgrade). The phone has a few scratches on the back, but the face is pristine, and I am including a hard case for it. I also have the box, with all its contents to go with it.

Set out for a nice 500-600 mile solo ride today and after approx 100 miles I pull over to fuel up and after fueling she won't start. The most I could get is a rapid clicking noise coming from the starter I believe. I managed to push start her but I seriously do not recommend doing this with a Busa especially in full gear and Sidi boots, damn near droped her once. Anyhow I jump back on the freeway and make a mad dash for home with only 100 miles to go. About every 20 miles or so all the gauges start bouncing, all the instrument lights start going on and off and the bike is surging on and off as I'm droping gears gradually losing speed hoping she'll start running smooth once again. Down to 2nd gear I pull in the clutch and turn off the power switch for a few seconds while coasting on the shoulder, flip the power back on, pop the clutch and quickly accelerate back up to cruising speed. She repeats this approx every 20 miles or so. Thank God I did make it back home and she sat there idling like nothing was wrong, shut her off and tried to restart only to get the rapid clikcing noise again. Checked the voltage which registered 12.5 volts with the key off, turning the key on the meter drpoped to 8.5 volts. Is my Battery toast or is there something else going on here?

Well my bike fell of the kickstand at Eureka Springs while assisting a downed rider, forgot to stick the thing in gear before I took of running. Just as we lifted the bike off the down rider my Busa took a splash on the left side. No less than $1200 for all the left side plastic. Now the fun part. After pulling off all the plastic today today now I have a valid use for my snap together model skills I acquired as a youth. This Busa is one big snap together model! And now I know what the Japanese engineers did for a hobby growing up! Anyhow I have now reminded myself why it is important to due the $1200Kickstand Mod! Also I will be having a sale for all the left side plastic including the piece that holds the windshield and the turn signal on the left side. Plastic is only scratched with no cracks or brokens clips. PM me if inerested and I can haul to the fall bash. ::4
