Gen 1 vrs Gen 2 injectors?

Hey Fella's, figured this would be the best place to ask this question. Does anyone know if a Gen1 fuel injector would fit in a Gen2 fuel rail? Thx in advance

If I had a set of 08 Throttle bodies I'm sure I could fit the 99-07 injectors

I can make them fit with a very large hammer.

That would be SWEET GIXX

That could/would solve ALOT of fueling issue's with the 08-09's

PLEASE keep us updated on the progress, i would be first in line for a chance of trying these out

i am lost. i dont know what the benefit would be to put 07 injectors in an 08 bike. please help me understand. thanks

OK did some testing. To switch from Gen1 to Gen 2 would not be benificial. The Gen 1 injectors flow 66cc per minute. The Gen 2 flow **** per minute <----- (I'm not saying)

Now if you could exchange Gen 2 to S2000 injectors that would be worth doing.

Gen 1 injectors do not flow more fuel then the 08,
