Luci isn't a turbo bike, but I've been to Smither's Customs for perfoamance work. They are definately worth the trip.

still high and dry where I live.... my office that I work at downtown was closed for a couple days but I'm a mile or so from the river so I'm all good here.... bike is currently torn down but I'm all good.
