First Dyno Running

I am going to be dyno running my girl tomorrow for the first time! I want to get more midrange out of her. Is there anything I need to question the guy doing it? What are some good tips for this process?

make sure they strap the rear down. Sometimes you can spin the tire on the drum and cause a false reading. Really depends on the power you make. Not much they can screw up if they've done it before.

Well I had the busa Dyno'ed last night on a Mustang Dyno and it was only getting 140.2 hp at 10,000 rpm's and 82 fpt at 7,000 rpms. The guy told me that his dyno would not through up the numbers that a dynojet machine would but he was able to dial in the tuning of the bike. I did notice a bit more responce in the low speed take off. My bike diddn't studder at all like before the tuning. I mean really low speed like trying to be a sneaky snail lol. I could not take it out and see what the midd range was like cause it was raining here last night. Maybe today after I get her all cleaned, polished & waxed! Can't be seen on a dirty bike lol Thanks fstbusa for the info, and I would also like to think this forum for the info that has been posted. It gives me some Ideas for the next project. (how to talk the wife into letting drop a set of cams, big bore kit, set of heads, nitros, and a TURBO into the busa!) Any Ideas that I might be able to convence her with lol Â*

P.S. On last thought. Fill the tank all the way up. I had 3/4 of a tank of gas when I went and had barely engough to make it back home lol He put rufflie 400 miles on my bike lol Do for the next oil change lol
