Going to the Dyno on Wednesday

I need to know what wire off the ECU is used for the RPM pick up?

I know about what my bike makes but I have never dyno'ed it in cool crisp weather. It was always dyno'ed in the hot a$$ summer with killer humidity. Im looking for base #'s because I have a motor build planned for the winter.


I'll be at Atlantic County Harley with a couple other Busas. I know its a HD shop but it's soooo much fun having the whole shop surround the dyno room.

They also have a dyno king list and post hp #s but refuse to post Japanese bikes.

The white wire with the blue stripe in the right hand plug of the ecu is that tach signal.

so...what you are suggesting here is that those good ole hardley guys are pretty proud of them there 70 hp numbers..
