I'm trying to find a dyno-tuning facility near Cincinnati that is experienced with carbs. You will need a jet kit designed for individual filters to ever get it close . Factory Pro calls theirs Config 30 kits but they don't offer one for the EX250 so you might try to see if Dyno Jet makes a stage III kit for the little Ninja . Performance wise they run just as good with the airbox on and a step up on the pilot jet . |

It's not so much the issue of parts, I have all the parts I need. (Not a dyno jet, but I have a multitude of mains and pilots), it's the feel. I can't tell what the bike is doing, whether it's rich bogging or lean stumbling.
