Dyno/Tuner in Phoenix, AZ area?

Anybody have a recommendation for a Dyno/Tuner in the Phoenix, AZ area?

I've called a couple places, ones out of business, the other won't tune NOS... He said its volatile and cheating... WTF!!! Are we in the dark ages

bump since i am interested too. i can tell you i have taken built atvs to some shops in the phx area with good results.
KMS performance does lots of work with Power commanders works with turbos and n2o but he mainly builds atvs but does dyno tune street bikes.
Hall Performance Machine does lots of custom machine work and dyno tuning. he had a few turbo busas on his dyno files.

There is a guy over at Total Seal named Ed that rides a Busa and is into big bore motors. He might know someone. He also does custom reflashing of ecm's I think.
