Go to a 42 out back. A big guy like you could go lower gearing yet even, but anything more than 16/42 starts to get pretty buzzy at highway speeds. And

If its running strong, not smoking or leaking oil, and no funny sounds, it probably means whoever did the last oil change didn't get enough oil in it.
