No Start

2006 hayabusa recently threw a rod threw the front of the motor. i put a motor out of an 05 in it ohms tested every sensor on the bike they all checked out ok. pulled the air cleaner off its shooting fuel into throttle bodies. ohms tested coils there good. checked spark plug gap its good. tilt sensor is good. kickstand sensor is good. put bike in dealer mode code c00 (no fault)bike cranks. all sensors are plugged in. computer has power. still no start got any ideas?

Two things to do: physically check spark, and check fuel pressure. While it's great that the resistance of the coils is ok, it doesn't tell you that the coils are getting a signal to fire from the ecu, or if wiring to coils is good. You can test all that in one step by hooking up a $2 spark tester and physically seeing you have spark on all 4 cylinders. Buy (or rent from autozone) a fuel pressure guage and view what your fuel pressure is at. Does the fuel pump work? Is your fuel filter clogged? These are all steps that should be done first when diagnosing a no start. Let me know what happens.

only had a little spark in 2 and 4 cylenders come to find out theres 2 stator rotrs that they used and i had the wrong one.
