I didn't see any relay fixes on here so I thought I'd make one. I had a gsxr that wouldn't spark and a busa that would. I did some research and found out the relay right next to the front fuses goes bad a lot. Ebay they want about 40-50 bucks shipped. Well I was curious so I wanted to see why it went bad and what was wrong. Here is the pics
First take off the top of the relay (the part that has the prongs sticking out. Then cut down the side away from the board like shown.
Then remove it from the case
This is the back side and where mine was bad
I just used a little sodar to connect a wire from the 2 posts.
I tested it and not it works good. I used electrict tape to tape up the case. Any questions ask and I'll try to help ya.
