My question is, the black color in the front rotors, is that comon? even like a yelowish after todays ride and extencive hard braking practice.

After couple of minutes of hard braking 160-0mph the brake level was even touching the bar end is that comon.

The black color on the rotor is break pad residue... which is normal!!

But your break lever touching the bar end... well, that does not seem normal to me!! Hydraulic brakes do not come all the way in if they are properly bleeded!!

I have seen this posted once before. Change the fluid, bleed the lines/calipers real good and try it again. Change the rubber hoses if you still have them to braided brake lines. Better feel and less brake fade
