3rd rectifier harness fried

1st time had rec and stator replaced. 2nd time stator tested fine. Rec shot. 2 months later. Harness fried again. Only yellow wires melted every time.Heard of recall on earlier busas. Mines an 06. If had this issue. Need to know what was done to fix. Power commander and speedohealer only electrical mods. At wits end

new/improved rectifier replaced the old unit....no idea how it is better/improved though

sounds like even though your stator is testing out fine that it is spiking and frying your rect.
