What are the two other sensors on the ignition coil wire harness?

Curious as I found an orange and black wire chopped inside this harness and not seeing what it goes too from the electric schematic in the Service Manual. Ok to run without this sensor whatever it turns out to be?

Any good info out there that shows which which plugs on the wire harnesses goes to which sensors in general ?
