Inspect the rotor before riding it anymore; they're expensive and stop the bike. It could be dust or worn pads. Get it corrected before throwing a leg over her again.
Run your finger over the rotor, if you feel grooves you may need to replace. You can also remove the inspection covers on the calipers and see how much pad you have left.
