missing at 3-4,000 rpm

i dont know if this is normal, but during regular riding, my busa sounds like it has a miss while riding at 3-4 grand with no load on it. you give it the throttle and its all there, no stall or anything. it is an 05 and has 5000 miles on it, alien head and bmc filter with airbox cut out and no pc or tune, but did it before the add ons. any suggestions?? suppose to be making an appointment with johnny cheese ti get it on the dyno, if i cant fix it by then maybe that will.

Sounds like it needs a tune. Mine does the same thing if I am running the factory map.
