busa wont crank over

so I put the key in and all light turn on as normal,then when I push start button it wont crank over however when I put the bike into gear and rock it back n forth I will occasionally crank over and start,am guessing it could be a starter issue or wiring issue, am pretty sure its not a battery??does anybody have any more sugestions

does your neutral light turn on if so check your clutch and kick stand switches both can be sticking or not registering

i would guess the neutral switch since sometimes it starts when u roll it back n forth it will start
