Check out the photo, how should I proceed to fix this. What you are looking at is the stator side of the engine for an 04 hayabusa, as you can a see a portion is missing I have the piece that fits in there. Thanks

Needs to be Tig welded,
If you can find a shop to do it, make sure you disconnect the battery, and unplug the ECU

Yeah, the bolt hole.
