my busa won t start

Hi, i have a 2002 busa, after i ride if i stop the bike wont start ,takes 5 to 10 minutes to starr again, another thing the radiador fan dosent soot,and the engine light id on and off all the time.

i stop and turn of nike.it wont star again,only after 5 to 10 minutes.
2 the tadiator fan dosen t stop when the bike is on
3 engine light is on and off/
