speedo Guage wont sweep fully......

Weird thing happened to the Busa today.
Durring the initial gauge sweep...the speedo no longer sweeps to the end...goes about 20 miles short...
and as a result is off that much in the mph.
all my other gauges work fine....any help greatly appreciated.

Try to re-calibrate the gauges, I think is on the owners manual if not I seen in here somewhere. Hope this helps...

I don't think that it sweeps all the way.
I can check the bike tomorrow and verify if you haven't received an answer.

Checked.
Gauge only goes to 170 and then comes back down.

Does this work for the Tach also or is there a different procedure? I replaced my LEDs and upon reassembling the gauges, both the Speedo and Tach are off a little.
