Wierd guage problem.....some advice PLEASE

What up all...........

Weird problem.......

Took off the front to get to the blinkers to replace them with smoked....
got it back together and now.......the gas, temp gauges,idle are reading either too high or too low.....
If i turn the bike on and off they go threw the usual spin up and after every other start they work fine.
They worked perfect before.........I R stumped.
Iv checked the plug in the back of the display and reset the gauges..........
still doing the same thing....... ???


Really Would appreciate some kind of opinion.........anyone??????????.......TIA

Ive only had one issue with my gauges and it also happened after I had removed them. I know you said you had already checked the plug in the back, but you might want to check it again, I had to do mine twice. and if all you did was change out blinkers that should be it.
Im sure others will chime in soon enough with other options

Welcome to the oRg, is this a Gen I we are talking about. I also suggest checking the plug on back, sometimes the wire terminals come loose from the plug, make sure all the wire are seated properly.

Yepp this is a 2k Busa,,,,

I cant get the bike apart till tomorrow.......I will definitely check the connector again.
