shift issues on 09?

I just got my 09 on monday and this morning on the way to work twice it happened, I dont know what happend went to shift into 4th one time and 2nd the other and it grinded kind of like it couldnt find the gear. i was not on it hard either... i never had the problem on my 04 600 which i rode the **** out of.
also are you supose to be moving when you down shift because I stopped at a red light yesterday and had left it in third went to down shift and it didnt want too without playing with the clutch

As long as it isn't jumping out of gear you will be ok, just give it a good shift to get in the gears, oh just roll forward and she will slide into gear no problem!

Try applying pressure to the foot shift B/4 you actually pull and blip.
